ORGANIZATIONAL ASSESSMENTS
Do you feel like your business could be performing more efficiently but not sure where to start? Let's begin with an organizational assessment to identify your strengths to build upon and weaknesses to target for potential problem areas that you may want to improve.
STRATEGIC PLANNING
We either utilize the data from the organizational assessment or jump right into this step. This is where we will brainstorm how to best leverage your company's strengths and prioritize how to most effectively tackle your company's weaknesses.  This can be done in a 1:1 or group setting with the key members of your team.
ISSUE MANAGEMENT
Our assessments and strategic planning sessions will identify many issues to address, and, in this step, we will make actionable determinations based on resource availability. Do we target the issue for immediate resolution, or do we hold for later while ensuring that we don't lose track of the problem?
BUSINESS PROCESS IMPROVEMENT (BPI)
In this step we use a certified Lean Black Belt with over 20 years of problem-solving experience to tackle your most pressing problem areas. We will fully identify the current process utilizing our process mapping tools and work together to build a more efficient workflow process. Most work will be done by us with minimal operational disruption.
RISK MANAGEMENT
What keeps you up at night with worry about your business? Most of us have been in this situation and we all think we will get to these problems "someday".

The Risk Management process is the "someday" that will help you sleep better knowing these worries have been identified and discussed which results in a detailed written plan to mitigate or resolve these problems.
